Complaints Procedure

Should you be dissatisfied, we will of course try to find a solution by mutual agreement. If we cannot work this out together, then you can appeal to a complaints officer as prescribed in the Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). Following this act, I am also a member of the SCAG dispute committee.
